Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer oriented sales and marketing position.
Good knowledge of and communication skills in English.
Candidates should have:
A university degree or equivalent experience in business administration, economics, architecture, and engineering
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Basic Social media management knowledge (preferably)
MS Office Knowledge
Not more than 30 years old
Candidates must be able to:
Interact professionally with national&international customers and partners
Travel both inland and internationally
Analyse complex problems and recommend solutions
Understand protocols, standard operational procedures, and act in accordance with company/industry regulations
Lead, organize, plan, control and motivate the project team
Set and sustain good relations with the clients and the team members
Exhibit customer oriented skills
Evoke self-confidence and self-determination to the customers and the team members
Practice good time management skills
Responsibilities will include:
Research the market to analyse the competitors.
Research the competitive companies and the activities in the market
Defining and generating strategies, goals and plans for the projects to be implemented.
Analyse the sectors to improve the company 's client profile
Responsibility of sales and marketing on the projects in architecture and construction sector
Taking the responsibility of conducting and coordinating the architectural projects.
Arranging and conducting customer-oriented representation and promotion visits to the customer locations.
Working with the technical team inside the firm and coordinating the issues with the customer, techtical team and Team manager.
Making sure that the projects are implemented and submitted within the contracted time.
Reporting the ongoing processes and the phases of the projects to the Manager and to the customers regularly.
Building and sustaining a trust relationship and satisfaction with the clients.
Providing coordination with the customer and the technical team.
Organizing and conducting Project Planning Meetings, Follow-up Meetings and Customer Satisfaction Meetings.
